2. The petitioner apprehends in case registered for offence under Sections 363 and 366A of the IPC . 3 . As per F.I.R. this petitioner along with other coaccused persons kidnapped the daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

No.68024 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/3 case because he happens to be brother-in -law of co-accused Suraj Kumar against whom there is specific accusation of kidnapping the daughter of informant. It is further submitted that so-called victim has voluntarily solemnized marriage with co-accused Suraj Kumar and in support of the same, the Marraige Certificate dated 27.08.2018 issued by the Marriage Officer, Patna has been annexed as Annexure - 2 to the bail petition and as such, the ingredients of Section 366 (A) of the IPC are not made out against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similar situated co-accused persons namely Ram Iqbal Rai and Meera Devi who are the parents of coaccused Suraj Kumar have already been granted anticipatory bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 04.04.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 20119 of 2019. 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
