The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with C2581 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Liquor Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 36 litres of illicit Nepali liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is in custody 13.10.2017.

Considering the nature of accusation, the period of custody already undergone and the fact that the petitioner is
