ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.111 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 342, 323, 504, 384, 385, 498A of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband has already been extended the privilege of provisional bail with notice to Opposite Party No.2.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is an old woman and that she will co-operate as and when required, let

Case No.111 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
