2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No.105 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the co-accused Rahul Kumar. The allegation against the petitioners is that they have threatened the informant for lodging the case.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74872 of 2024(4) dt.18-12-2024 2/2 case. He further submits that petitioners have no concern with the affairs of their son co-accused, Rahul Kumar. Due to love affairs, the daughter of the informant herself went with the coaccused and with ulterior motive, the name of the petitioners have been implicated in this case. There is no allegation made against the petitioners by the victim in her statement. The petitioners are in jail custody since 22.07.2024. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to co-operate in the investigation and the trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioners for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya / Concerned Court in connection with Atri P.S. Case No.105 of 2024. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) ashishkr/- U T
