This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 109 of 2018 for offences under Sections 457, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the petitioners while committing theft in clinic of a Doctor were apprehended at the spot with instruments used for committing theft.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the informant has not disclosed that who along with the informant turned up there and caught the petitioners who have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners being apprehended at the spot,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47672 of 2018(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 presently the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. If the trial does not get concluded, within four months after framing of charge, if so, advised the petitioners may renew the prayer for bail.
