2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 21(a) of the NDPS Act.

3. On a secret information, police conducted a raid and apprehended one Karan Kumar. On search, total 3.85 mg Heroine was recovered from the pocket of Karan Kumar who disclosed the name of the petitioner as the person who has given the said Heroine to him. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) AjayMishra/- U T
