The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 35 and 41 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.
Allegedly, it is a case of recovery of illicit liquor from a Scorpio vehicle.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has no concern with the seized liquor and no any incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner as well as petitioner is in judicial custody since 20.08.2022 and petitioner has clean

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.I, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017.
