2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. Allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is that the petitioner went on the shop of the informant's brother and demanded articles on credit basis. It is further alleged that on 06.09.2023, three persons on a bike arrived and fired on informant with an intention to commit murder, the informant managed to escape and the fire could not hit him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

It is also submitted that no injuries were found on the vital part of the body. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 29.07.2024
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail. The petitioner has antecedent of two cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Ara Mufassil P.S. Case No. 398 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 7, Bhojpur at Ara.
