3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application in order to surrender and seek regular bail.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, taking into consideration that the petitioner is a lady
