2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 394, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals shot at the deceased and snatched his motorcycle.

4. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is accused in 8 more cases of similar and serious nature and he is in jail since 22.08.2023.

5. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This
