2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 264 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498A, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them and is kept at Flag-B.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the contention.
5. Having considered the aforesaid submission that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75786 of 2023(4) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 dispute between the parties has already been resolved through mediation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 264 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
