2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act

3. Petitioner is alleged to be supplier of fire arms which was seized from the possession of the co-accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 6.7.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73677 of 2024(2) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Dalsingsarai, District Samastipur in Dalsingsarai Police Station Case No. 247 of 2023.
