JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019, dated 19.07.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307 and 124(A) of the IPC, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act.

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 09.08.2019.

About 33 persons have been named in the subject FIR and 17 accused persons have not been named. The petitioner is one amongst those unnamed in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65616 of 2019(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 confession of one of the co-accused persons/Raju Yadav @ Raju Ranjan Kumar Yadav, who is stated to have been granted bail. The other accused persons, who have been made accused in this case but without any specific accusation, have also been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.

In four other cases in which the petitioner has been made accused, he has been granted bail in all of those. Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
