The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) (b) & (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Escise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case and the alleged recoveries were made from the hutment of one Sanjay Paswan and not the present petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
