====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 02-07-2018 There is nothing indicated in the condonation application which is I.A. No. 3197 of 2018, which will compel us to condone the delay of 02 years and 47 days. In addition to that, we have gone through the order under appeal, dated 18.09.2015 and we found that repeated writ applications have been filed by the present appellant which have been adjudicated on merits and that is why, the learned Single Judge dismissed the present writ application against which the
Patna High Court LPA No.1749 of 2017(4) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 appeal has been preferred on the ground of principle of res judicata.
Since there is nothing in the merit as well, we are inclined to dismiss the condonation application. As a consequence, even the appeal is dismissed being totally devoid of merit.
