2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that inadvertently submission was raised that charge-sheet in present matter has already submitted and due to this reason, bail bond of this petitioner was not accepted.

3. Considering the submission, the observation in para no. 7 of the Cr. Misc. No. 41584 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 be deleted, which is as "coupled with fact that charge-sheet has already submitted", in view of the submissions as recorded in para no. 5 of the aforesaid bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73661 of 2024(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 order, which now modified.

4. Submission and observation regarding chargesheet now stands corrected and same be read accordingly.

5. This order be treated as part of order dated 18.09.2024 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41584 of 2024.

6. Accordingly, present modification petition stands disposed of.
