Petitioners are in custody in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 for the offence under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during search in their houses 90 pieces of Tyre and Tube of MRF company of motorcycle, 13 pieces of tyre of Scooty, 100 cartons of Raj Gold Dalda each 500 grams in 20 packets total 100 kgs out of which 12 packets were torn was recovered. It is alleged that on enquiry neither any paper was produced nor any

Learned counsel submits that petitioners are in custody since 15.4.2019.
Considering the fact that from the house of the petitioners no narcotic was recovered to connect these petitioners in narcotic offence, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 subject to the condition that bailors should be family members of the petitioners.
