2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 323, 324, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., all the accused persons including this petitioner are alleged to have committed murder of father of informant by means of Garasa and Lathi.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner was not sent up for trial by the police, rather he was summoned to face trail under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C. Allegations levelled against petitioner are not specific, rather general and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69237 of 2025(3) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 omnibus. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court, vide orders annexed as Annexure - P/4 (series). Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 243 of 2010, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
