Mr.Anil Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2019 Heard both sides.

The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 11.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80020 of 2018 by which he was granted anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks but the petitioner did not surrender in the court within the stipulated period and, thus, this petition for modification has been filed on the ground that petitioner is a poor man and he had gone outside his village for earning his livelihood.

The petitioner afforded to move this court for grant of anticipatory bail even though he is a poor person but he could not surrender in time and furnish bail bonds on the ground of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65757 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 poverty. This reason does not appear to be convincing. However, since the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and he has got no criminal antecedent, the period of surrender of petitioner is extended for two weeks from today. This modification petition is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
