2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amaur P.S. Case no.223 of 2025 registered under Sections 126(2),121, 121(1), 122, 118(1), 103(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023 .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely, Shabana Praveen alleged that on 28.05.2025 , all the F.I.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68227 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/3 named fifteen accused persons including these petitioners herein came to the house of the informant variously armed and started abusing the informant and his family members. On protest, coaccused Muzaffar assaulted the informant's husband and fatherin-law with iron rod due to which they sustained injures. When informant went to rescue , she was also assaulted. It is further alleged that in the aforesaid incident, husband of informant died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are belonging to the same family . Allegation is general and omnibus against these petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against them. As per F.I.R. it was co-accused Muzaffar who had assaulted the informant's husband causing grievous injuries. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State .

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that petitioners claim clean antecedent, it is directed that the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, be enlarged on anticipatory bail in connection with Amaur P.S. Case no. 223 of 2025 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

No.68227 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 3/3 Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Purnia where the case is pending, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S, 2023 .
