This is a case registered under Sections 387,323,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 17 of the CLA Act.

Petitioner claims parity with co-accused Arun Kumar, who has been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. no. 44985 of 2017. It is submitted that other than the statement of co-accused and his own confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner and that this is a case of false implication due to local politics. Petitioner denies any concerned with extremist PLFI. In most of the cases pending against the petitioner which have been disclosed in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, he is on bail. He is in jail custody since 25.11.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62851 of 2017 (4) dt.19-02-2018 In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
