Petitioner seeks bail in Karakat P.S. Case No.43 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery from his possession. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2018. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused-Rahul Kumar.
