In the present case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that the names of 282 persons, who are residing of Gram Panchyat Madurna, Block-Chainpur, District-Kaimur to be included as member of PACS and also has claimed that the certain persons who are not residing in the village, their names
Patna High Court CWJC No.21231 of 2019(2) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 have been included in the voter list.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that several representations have been filed before Respondent nos.2, 4 and 7 and also the petitioner has already made a complaint about the wrong preparation of voter list, but they have not done anything and sitting tight over the matter. Let the petitioner file a fresh representation before the Block Development Officer, Kaimur and he will be bound to hear the petitioner and dispose of the matter within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the application. If the representation is not disposed of by the aforesaid period, the Court would take a very serious view in the matter. With the above observation and direction, this petition is disposed of.
