Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.736 of 2017 arising out of Sakra P.S. Case No.10 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 356, 379, 412, 395 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been remanded in this case on 06.04.2017. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. He is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused before the police. Case No.10 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
