2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 145 of 2023 arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022 registered on 01.12.2022 lodged under Sections 398, 399, 402, 420, 120B of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35of the Arms Act which has been rejected vide order dated 05.06.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.24059/2023 with the direction that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
3. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2022 having clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes to prayer for bail.
5. From the fresh progress report it transpires that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74610 of 2023(4) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 charge has been framed only on 12.01.2024.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail after completion of prosecution witnesses and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional and Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with S.T. No. 145 of 2023 arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022 registered on 01.12.2022. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
