Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.24(C) of 2017 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes to return back the loan amount of Rs.3,00,000/- by paying in installments of Rs.20,000/- per month.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Manoranjan Kumar is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62572 of 2017(7) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Barh, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.24(C) of 2017 with condition that the petitioner will submit a demand draft of Rs.20,000/- at the time of furnishing bail bond as a first installment and rest amount i.e. Rs.2,80,000/- will be paid in 14 equal installments. However, in case of failure in depositing any of the installments, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
