The petitioners seek bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners . The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 24.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63042 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Bhagalpur in connection with Excise P.S.
