Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non payment of arrears of salary and current salary.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner was Assistant Teacher in present school and his service has been approved by the respondents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20439 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 The respondents have taken decision to pay arrears with effect from 1.1.1989 till date in five equal installments yet the respondents have not paid arrears of salary in terms of their own derision to make payment in five equal installments. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Education Officer, Khagaria to ensure payment of salary and arrears as well as current salary if the service of the petitioner has been approved by the respondents as Assistant Teacher in the present school at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
