2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 328, 307, 342, 506, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and other persons are accused of administering poison to the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely

5. Considering the fact that the petitioners are senior citizens and the petitioner no. 1 is a lady, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
