The petitioner has filed this application, under article 226 of the constitution of India, for quashing the order dated 07.06.2019 passed in Service Appeal Case No. 01 of 2019 by the District Magistrate, Jamui, dismissing the aforesaid appeal of the petitioner due to filing the same after limitation period.
