The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2018 in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 307, 504 and 279/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioner no. 1, Binni Sahni is that he took golden locket from the neck of the informant and attacked with lathi and rod upon the informant and the allegation against petitioner no. 2, Praveen Sahni @ Praveen Kumar is that he took out a golden chain and also attacked the informant. Original recitals of the first information report and the injuries have also been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that the allegations have been made against the petitioners on account of petty issue and altercation and when the petitioners came to know their implication, they surrendered in the court below. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., VI, Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S.
