In the present case the allegation against the petitioner is that he was found in drunken condition with the vehicle in question. Even though this Court finds that in the present case the petitioner has also prayed for quashing of the first information report but on call no one appears to press this application. The application is therefore, disposed of in view of the statement made by learned Standing Counsel No. 5. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) avin/- U
