By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.149 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering that no arms or ammunition was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house and his name has been given by a co-accused from whose possession one country-made gun was found as also the statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
