The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Part of the referred amount, the informant had advanced to the petitioner for purchase of truck, whereas, subsequently, he advanced more money as the petitioner pretended that he is going to start a government school and to provide job to the informant and others. But neither school was opened nor the petitioner returned the amount. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.50873 of 2018(2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation which indicates involvement of the informant also in illegal activity of attempt to get back-door entry in public employment, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 569 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
