Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 193, 197, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely been implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Petitioner and the Suman Bharti are two persons and this petitioner has no concerned with her. Petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent. She is rotting in custody since 14.05.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
