JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 07.10.2022, passed by Assistant Inspector General of Registration, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga in Stamp case no.

192/2022-23 by which he has accepted the report/ recommendation of sub-registrar, Benipatti which says that nature of land is residential and accordingly, he has directed the petitioner to deposit Rs. 2,06,334/- deficit stamp and Rs. 20,634/- as penalty."

Patna High Court CWJC No.17157 of 2022(4) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 Considering the fact that the order dated 07.10.2022, passed in Stamp case no. 192 of 2022-23 by the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Assistant Inspector General of Registration, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga is patently illegal, the same has been withdrawn by the respondent no. 3 by an order dated 11.04.2023, a copy whereof has been produced before this Court and is kept on record.

Accordingly, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence stands disposed off. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U
