2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 498A , 420 , 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D. P Act. 3 . Allegation against these petitioners is commission of torture and harassment due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry .

4. Petitioners are in-laws of the victim. They are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75360 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 separate in mess and property. There is general and omnibus allegation is alleged against them and they have no concern with affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim who is already in custody. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate , 1st Class Begusarai in connection with Nimachandpur P . S. Case No . 101 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
