Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Forty litres country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 5.8.2019 without having any criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties as well as antecedents of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
