2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 290 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant with Farsa, which caused three injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody since 10.08.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with Chhatapur P.S.
