The petitioners seek in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1017 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 34, 36, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62970 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl. Misc. No. 64441 of 2019 vide order dated 16.10.2019. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in custody since 23.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1017 of 2019.
