JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2024 Heard Mr. Pratap Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Binod Kumar Labh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar and Mr. Rajeev Shekhar, learned AC to GA-3 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that substantial amount of the retiral dues has already been paid to the petitioner, however, interest at the rate of 12.5 percent has not been paid, and, accordingly,

Patna High Court MJC No.2970 of 2023(3) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 representation of the petitioner has been disposed of vide order dated 23.12.2023 contained in Memo No. 417.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission and having perused the order dated 23.12.2023 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Patna, I don't find it proper to proceed with the contempt.

4. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 23.12.2023 contained in Memo No. 417, he may take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
