2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act which was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88244 of 2024 with an observation that the petitioner may be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the only allegation against this petitioner is that he has given the gun to Dharmendra Chaudhary and he has fired. Allegation of firing is not against this petitioner. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
