2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 273/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with one Ajay Paswan was involved in the crime of supari killing of the victim. Ajay Paswan snatched the victim's gold chain and when she resisted, he shot her in the back, rendering her unconscious.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating articles has been recovered from his possession.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69982 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 Learned counsel further submits that he has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and he is in custody since 18.06.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that in the scientific investigation the name of the petitioner has come and there is direct allegation against him that he along with other coaccused persons killed the victim.
6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
