JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49409 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not furnish the bail bonds on time. On the ground mentioned in the modification petition, the same is allowed. The period of surrender is further extended for a period of four weeks from today. The order dated 25.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9175 of 2023(2) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 No. 49409 of 2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
