The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tandwan P.S. Case No. 04 of 2008, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(b) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 54161 of 2019 vide order dated 09.09.2019.
