Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 354, 379, 307 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is of assaulting the informant and snatching of golden chain and ear ring from the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land dispute. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69144 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 prayer of Anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
