The petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr.No.380 of 2017 arising out of Amarpur P.S.Case No.167 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 448 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused thrice lastly on 14.03.2018 vide Cr.Misc. No.61967 of 2017 with direction to the trial court to conclude the trial of the petitioner within four months by taking all effective steps. If the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within a period of four months, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Four months had already

Having considered the observation as made by this Court on 14.03.2018 in Cr.Misc.No.61967 of 2017, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Banka, in S.Tr.No.380 of 2017 arising out of Amarpur P.S. Case No.167 of 2016.
