That the instant writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner named above to seek indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate order/orders, direction/directions or writ/writs commanding and directing the respondents concerned to remove the illegal encroachment made by

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Belchhi, District-Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
