JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be filing a requisite appeal against the impugned order dated 05.09.2017 before the respondent no. 1 within a period of four weeks from today.

It is directed that if such an appeal is filed within four weeks, the respondent no. 1 shall dispose off the same by a speaking and reasoned order within four weeks thereafter on merit of the case without being prejudiced by the fact that the appeal has been preferred beyond the statuary period.

The writ petition is disposed off.
