The petitioners seek bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 315 of 2019 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the nature of allegation, defence taken by the petitioners that neither the car in question belonged to them nor anything incriminating was recovered from their conscious possession and that they are in custody since 15.08.2019, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70967 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 prayer is allowed. The petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 315 of 2019.
